Meet Chef Aaron
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, where my love for food started in the kitchen with my dad. He taught me that good cooking isn’t just about ingredients — it’s about care, creativity, and sharing something meaningful with the people you love.
I went on to study at Johnson & Wales University, where I learned the foundations of great cooking and had the chance to train under some incredible chefs. But what really shaped me was time in real kitchens, working hard, learning every station, and never forgetting where I came from.
Today, I bring that same energy to every meal I make — whether it’s a handcrafted batch of cookies or a full-course dinner for a private event. My goal is simple: to serve food that connects people, sparks conversation, and leaves a lasting impression.

I grew up just across that bridge — in a Brooklyn kitchen where I learned the power of food from my father. We’d pick out fresh ingredients from Chinatown and turn them into meals that brought everyone together.
Those early lessons stuck with me through culinary school, through late-night shifts in restaurant kitchens, and even now as a personal chef. Whether I’m cooking for a dinner party or baking cookies by the dozen, I bring that same passion, creativity, and care to every dish.
